1. First, check to see if the system is showing production on the Enphase / Enlighten Monitoring portal on a computer. If the system is reporting there, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.

2. If the system is not showing production in the Enphase / Enlighten Monitoring portal, check the display on the inverter for production. If there is no activity on the display then contact us for a diagnosis of the system.

If the display on the envoy is showing activity, then there may be a communication issue with the PV system. Contact us for further diagnostic analysis.
