First, check to see if the system is showing production on the SolarEdge Monitoring portal on a computer. If the system is reporting there, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.

If the system is not showing production in the SolarEdge Monitoring portal, check the display on the inverter for production. If there is no activity on the display then contact us for a diagnosis of the system.

If the display on the inverter is showing activity, then there may be a communication issue with the PV system. Contact us for further diagnostic analysis.
